Privacy Policy

Account information. Your email address, and if you sign in with Google, your name and profile photo from your Google account.

Property and calendar data. The properties you add, the iCal feed URLs you connect, and the booking data (dates, and whatever fields the source platform includes, such as guest name or reservation status) that we read from those feeds in order to sync them.

Billing information. Your subscription plan, status, and billing history. Payment card details are handled entirely by Dodo Payments, our payment processor; we never receive or store your full card number.

Usage information. Basic technical data like IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the Service.

• To provide the Service: syncing your calendars and publishing your combined feed.
• To manage your account, subscription, and billing.
• To send you service emails: sync failures, billing receipts, and account notices.
• To provide customer support.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues.
• To improve the Service based on how it's actually used.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your booking data for advertising.

We share information with the third parties that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to do that:

• Supabase, our database and authentication provider, which stores your account and property data.
• Dodo Payments, our payment processor and merchant of record, which handles billing and holds your payment details.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google OAuth.
• Vercel, which hosts the application.

We also publish an outbound iCal feed URL that you generate and choose to share with your booking platforms. That feed contains the booking data needed to block dates; anyone with the URL can read it, so treat it like a password and only paste it into platforms you trust.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of iCalSync or our users.

We keep your account and property data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your properties, calendars, and booking data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep billing records longer for legal or tax reasons.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls on our database, and restricted access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your dashboard settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data, including the right to request a copy of it or ask us to delete it. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know before it takes effect, the same way we would for a change to our Terms.
